Leonardo SpA is seeking a Junior Logistic Engineer for our Cascina Costa site in Italy. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analyses across the Operations network, helping to optimize material handling and warehouse flows while collaborating with the Logistics team.

You will drive improvement initiatives, monitor projects, and help standardize processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus English fluency, are required in a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related business discipline.
• Junior 1–3 years of experience.
• Proven background in effective problem solving techniques.
• Experience in process improvement with understanding of improvement techniques.
• Good communicator with flexible and conscientious approach; can relay concepts to experts and non-experts.

Mansioni

• Support Logistic & Material Management in providing the Logistic budget.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Operations organization.
• Assist in optimizing plant material handling and internal warehouse flow.
• Identify improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Logistics team.
• Monitor and report progress of logistics projects; perform cost analyses.
• Act as BPO for Digital Solution initiatives in Logistics and train plant users.
