Leonardo seeks a Junior Contract Management Specialist for its Helicopters Division in Italy. You will advise on contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle, support risk management, bidding analyses, and revenue planning while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Engineering, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and English at B2 level or higher.

Competenze

Degree in Economics or Engineering preferred.
Ability to analyze contractual requirements and understand their technical and economic impacts.
Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management concepts.
Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).

Mansioni

Advise PM about all contractual aspects during the whole life cycle of the project.
Support risk managers to identify contract risks.
Assist in bidding phase with client requirements analysis.
Define high level schedule and budget based on contract milestones.
Create Work Order Requests and interact with clients during contract signature.
Participate in project meetings to review progress and KPI performance.
Support revisions to revenues plan and contract changes with client negotiations.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure contract adherence.
