Leonardo SpA in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy, seeks a Material & Production Planning Specialist for the Mechanical Workshop to plan and monitor production for Transmission assemblies, spare parts, and repair/overhaul needs, coordinating with MRP and materials through external processing.

You will drive capacity planning, monitor progress, and define recovery actions to meet budgets and productivity targets while maintaining cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Competenze

• Degree in management, mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly production plans considering capacity and priorities.
• Analyze workloads to balance underloads/overloads and propose recovery actions.
• Manage MRP, material availability, routing, and work order release.
• Monitor progress, expediting, priorities, and recovery actions across departments.
• Coordinate rework, scrapping decisions, and budgets control.
