Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A. is seeking a proactive Logistics Assistant to join our Logistic Department in Vadò, with occasional travel to Italdesign sites (Moncalieri, Nichelino). The role covers in/out documentation, warehouse accounting, and support for logistics processes.

You will engage in inventory control, archiving, and reporting while collaborating with accounting and IT to streamline operations. A Bachelor's in business economics and Italian/English language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or related sector.
• Knowledge of accounting, warehouse inventory, and documenting logistic processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, possibly Access).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in synthesis and reporting to organize internal activities.

Italdesign is looking for a positive and flexible person who wants to join our Logistic Department. The candidate will be part of the team in order to manage in&out documentation, warehouse accounting activity and support logistic process.

• Warehouse management and accounting (inventory, warehouse stock management, …);
• Supporting accounting department in the management of logistic documentation (incl. archive) and processes and IT department for reporting;
• Supporting in transport and logistic organization (Import/Export).

Requirements

Key requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in this sector;
• Knowledge of accounting, warehouse inventory, managing specific logistic processes and documentation;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, eventually Access…);
• Good skills of team working and problem solving;
• Good skills in synthesis and reporting in order to organize internal activities.

Preferential requirements

• Basic Knowledge of Oracle ERP system;
• Organizational skills;
• Ability to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business economics or similar.

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

Workplace: Vadò with visits to Italdesign sites (Moncalieri, Nichelino) and availability to travel (long/short).

Compensation package

Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)

Italian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement.

Base Salary (RAL)

The gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 33.000

Final Compensation

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above.

Eligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
