Occorre esperienza consolidata nello sviluppo di piattaforme e conoscenza dei sistemi principali (Powertrain, Chassis, EE) e CATIA V5.

Qualifications

• Almeno 8 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di piattaforme.
• Conoscenza dei principali sistemi di piattaforma (Powertrain, Chassis, EE architectures).
• La laurea Magistrale in Automotoe Mec/Aerospace è preferita.

Responsabilités

• Guidare la convergenza tra ingegneria, stile e produzione.
• Condurre analisi di benchmarking delle soluzioni tecniche dei concorrenti.
• Integrare sistemi di piattaforma basati su dati CAD preliminari tenendo conto di prestazioni, leggi e requisiti.
• Gestire issue e viaggiare presso i siti clienti come richiesto dal progetto.

Posizione:

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic person, who would be Responsible for the Concept development of new Series Vehicle or Concept Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Steering the convergence between different project functions like engineering, styling and production;
• Benchmarking analysis of competitor technical solution;
• Integration of platform systems based on preliminary CAD data taking into account:
• Performance: aerodynamic, crash, weight performance, package, ergonomics, thermal;
• Law requirement: according to market;
• Track and solve issues through various phases and travel to customer sites to agreed Project content

Requisiti:

Key Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Platform development;
• Experience on concept phase process and milestone;
• Knowledge of main platform systems e.g. Powertrain (ICE / BEV / PHEV), Chassis, Cooling, BiW; EE architectures, etc;
• Knowledge about material and technologies used for Body and Platform development for mass production and low volume series;
• Knowledge of:
• Vehicle Performance: aerodynamics, crash, NVH, weight performance, thermal;
• Homologation requirements: ECE/USA and China;
• Good knowledge of CATIA V5;
• Sense of responsibility and integrity;
• Problem solving and decision making.

Preferential Requirements

• Experience in Project management: timing plan, resource planning, and risk management;
• Experience in managing high level of interfunctional development and reporting to senior management;
• Attitude to work with OEM PLM;
• Ability to work in team and Public Speaking;
• Technical presentation and goal-oriented;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001;
• Knowledge of Pack Office.

Altre informazioni:

Education: Preferable Master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent studies;

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.

Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability for international travel, including long-term assignments.

Compensation Package

Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)

Italian National Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement.

Base Salary (RAL)

The gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 36.000,00.

Final Compensation

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above.

Variable Compensation

Eligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
