Job summary

Pluxee is a global leader in employee benefits, seeking a Local Product Manager to own and evolve country-specific digital products. You will drive end-to-end delivery with a dedicated local squad, translating business needs into high-performing experiences.

Reporting to the Country Marketing & Product Director, you will bridge business requirements with agile delivery, manage roadmaps, backlog, and KPI tracking to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business/marketing/product management or related field.
• Experience in KPI-driven, product-centric environments, preferably B2B with digital products.
• Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the country-specific product roadmap and backlogs with a local squad.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver features on time.
• Define success metrics and track product KPIs and business impact.
• Assess risks and opportunities; adjust product plans accordingly.
• Identify competitive trends and enhance current offerings or develop new ones.
