Empatica, a full-stack digital healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead products in a highly regulated environment. You will drive strategy, collaborate with hardware, software, data science, and marketing teams, and champion customer-centric solutions in an international setting.

The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, exceptional communication skills in English, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced startup culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex software products at scale in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a truly full-stack company.
• Comfort with uncertainty and ability to shield the team from it.
• Natural ability to drive action and lead without formal authority.
• Ability to manage chaos, ambiguity and complexity with structured thinking.
• Empatica operates in an international environment with English as the working language.
• Hybrid model: not fully remote; in-office presence required.

Mansioni

• Set product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate schedules with design and engineering to ship high-quality experiences.
• Discuss technical implementation details with engineers and balance customer needs with deadlines.
• Communicate product plans and results to teams, users, and press.
• Prototype and test new features and define go-to-market strategy.
• Analyze feedback from Customer Happiness, Sales, analytics, beta programs, and surveys to drive improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer to stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
