Pluxee seeks a Local Product Manager in Milan to own one or more country-specific digital products. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery with a local squad, translating business needs into user-centric experiences while aligning with global standards.

You’ll define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and track KPIs. A business background with 5 years in product roles, plus Italian and fluent English, are required. Hybrid work, base salary from €45,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user-focused, high-performing digital experiences. Reporting to the Country Marketing & Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking. “Acts as a Feature Owner, responsible for one or more local assets and manages the delivery of features through direct collaboration with a dedicated local squad.” **Your next challenge**Role Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants. Business Responsibilities: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results. **What you’ll be doing:*** Works on revising the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirements* Defines the product roadmap to realize this vision, working closely with IT team and development partners* Drives the product development and in-life product management process* Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria* Assesses Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process* Identifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new products **You’re a match** Certifications Requirements: Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Work Experience Requirements: 5 years of experience in product-centric environments (strongly KPI-driven). Preferred at least brief experience in B2B contexts, with digital or digitalized products and assets. In addition, the compensation package includes a variable component in the form of a performance-related bonus. The overall compensation level may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and skills, based on objective criteria and in line with the company’s Total Reward policies.
