Commscope seeks a Team Leader in production to guide and coordinate activities across production areas, working under the Production Supervisor to develop personnel skills and ensure safety, attendance and policy adherence.

You will provide timely performance feedback, assist in resolving urgent issues, and contribute to reporting on manufacturing flow, while recording time and attendance in the data collection system.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/production operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in SAP (time and attendance, material transactions) preferred.
