Kardex Italia S.p.A. seeks a SW Consultant to promote and sell the Service Product Portfolio to existing customers.

You will consult on operation efficiency improvements and material flow optimization related to Kardex software, support software service product sales, and contribute to country-based annual sales plans. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing Kardex Remstar Core Values and serving as the face of the Life Cycle Service department at customer sites nationwide, coordinating

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related technical field preferred; certifications like Microsoft, ITIL, Network+ are an advantage.
2+ years in software support, technical support, help desk, or related customer-facing technical role; experience diagnosing and resolving software-related issues.

Mansioni

Promote and sell the Service Product Portfolio to existing customers.
Consult customers on operation efficiency and material flow optimization related to Kardex software.
Prepare quotations for service upgrades, parts kits and moves.
Follow sales process and maintain CRM recontact routines; provide weekly activity reports.
Visit customers to present service products, contracts and upgrade solutions; gather customer insights for product development.
