KION Group in Lombardy, Italy (Lainate) is seeking a Solution Designer to drive intralogistics automation solutions across EMEA. You will provide technical expertise to the sales team, develop innovative, cost-effective designs tailored to customer needs, and support project delivery.
Ideal candidates have engineering background, experience in automation, CAD and simulation tools, and willing to travel within the region; fluency in English, German a plus.

- Engineering degree or related technical field required.
- Experience in solution design and system integration in automation.
- Proficient CAD and simulation tool usage.
- Willingness to travel within the region and fluent English; German a plus.

- Analyze customer needs and design tailored intralogistics solutions.
- Collaborate with sales to develop compelling solution concepts.
- Create detailed technical documentation and layouts.
- Coordinate with engineering, PM, service and partners.
