Körber is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy, evolution and lifecycle management across its software portfolio for automated material handling. You will shape roadmaps for K.oneX and LogX4, collaborate with R&D, Sales and Service, and champion adoption of innovative software, including legacy applications and future developments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business development within a technical environment.
• Strong expertise in intralogistics software (WMS, WCS, WES, MFC, FMS, MAO or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate market needs into clear product roadmaps and business cases.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber's intralogistics software portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis and identify technology trends to inform evolution of the portfolio.
• Develop pricing models, value propositions, and business cases to maximize profitability.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D and other teams.
• Define product visions for Warehouse Management/Control/Execution, Fleet Management, and related software.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, and strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead portfolio lifecycle management, including enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams.
• Support innovation by validating concepts with customers and identifying future opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement and training materials; build relationships with partners and universities.
• Mentor a small team of Product Managers and influence stakeholders in a global matrix.
