Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS) to oversee occupational health and safety across Europe. You will manage vendor partnerships, roll out health and safety events, and ensure compliance across multiple countries while supporting Remote’s employees and clients.

You will collaborate with People and Legal, develop new policies, monitor audits, and drive continuous improvement. Strong English, multi-country experience, and ability to work asynchronously are key in this global role.

Competenze

• OHS certification or degree with multi-country experience in Europe.
• Experience scouting, onboarding, and managing vendors/partners.
• Ability to engage and support external employees and vendors across countries.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus; remote work experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage OHS matters across multiple jurisdictions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions; guide junior staff.
• Manage relationships with OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
• Monitor vendor performance through assessments and feedback.
• Lead engagement with Remote employees for health assessments and training needs.
• Coordinate country OHS internal audits to support compliance.
• Develop and launch improvements to OHS procedures and practices.
• Partner with People and Legal to draft new health and safety policies.
• Champion Remote's values and Lifecycle team goals.
• Safely manage and protect employee data and confidentiality.
