Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. - B96 is seeking a Regional Health Manager to lead Occupational Health services across Italy, ensuring alignment with global standards and local laws.

You will advise external OH providers, monitor health metrics, and work with WHS professionals to mitigate health risks and protect employee well-being. A Medical Degree with Occupational Health specialty and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Professional proficiency in English (C1 CEFR).
• Medical degree with Occupational Health specialty.
• Knowledge of Italian health and safety regulations and industry practices.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic direction and advise OH services across Italy.
• Serve as SME on Occupational Health for internal stakeholders and liaise with local authorities.
• Maintain knowledge of legislation affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Define, monitor, and report health-related metrics to WHS GMH Team Leadership to measure program success.
• Oversee identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace health risks and develop safeguarding programs.
