Remote is seeking a Senior Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to own and scale health and safety programs across Europe, rolling out global initiatives and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will partner with People and Legal to shape policies, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliant operations in a remote, async culture across the EMEA region. English fluency is essential and remote work is supported.

Competenze

• Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree required.
• Experience managing vendors and partners across Europe.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; proactive communicator.

Mansioni

• Manage OHS matters across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Serve as contact for OHS questions and mentor junior team members.
• Manage vendor relationships, training partners, and health centers; monitor performance.
