Opdenergy is seeking an HSE Technician to support projects in Italy. You will ensure compliance with local HSE laws, support ISO 45001 and 14001 systems, and manage documentation and audits.

The role requires a technical HSE background, 2+ years experience, and fluency in Italian with English or Spanish. Remote work is offered with periodic visits to Bologna, plus a permanent contract and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Fluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, permits and policies.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure HSE compliance.
• Monitor PPE use and safe working practices.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements before site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and environmental measures on projects.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
