Opdenergy is seeking an HSE Technician to support its projects in Italy. You will ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation, support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and maintain HSE documentation. Regular site visits, audits, risk assessments and KPI analysis are part of the role.

The position offers a remote working model with periodic visits to our offices in Bologna, a permanent contract, and clear opportunities for growth within a global renewable energy group.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HSE role in renewables/construction.
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and ISO 45001/14001.
• Fluent Italian with good English and/or Spanish.
• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's in related field.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and company policies.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor PPE usage.
• Assist HSE audits and incident investigations.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs and report to Corporate HSE.
