Fedrigoni SpA in Arco (TN) is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to support the Plant Manager and Head of Operational Excellence in deploying continuous improvement initiatives. You will balance execution pace with cultural change in a growing, international environment.

You will drive Lean Transformation across plants, standardize processes, and own KPI reporting to monitor impact on efficiency and customer outcomes. Strong analytical, hands-on, and collaborative skills are essential.

1. Purpose and main priorities of the role:

As part of the Production team, the Lean manufacturing engineer will support the Plant manager and the Head of Operational Excellence in the activation and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives, by ensuring the most appropriate pace of execution for the operational excellence program, balancing time to impact and cultural change in an international, rapidly growing and very challenging environment.

2. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Follow up on Lean Transformation initiatives being deployed across plants, engaging all the functions involved, at all levels.
  • Coordinate and sustain the tasks within the Lean Transformation project streams, identified to improve OEE plant efficiency, reduce waste and cost and promote the cultural change needed to embrace the continuous improvement approach in our daily job.
  • Map, improve and standardize processes to enhance plant and machine efficiency, always adopting a structured problem-solving approach, identifying problems and carrying out thorough RCCAs.
  • Support the operational excellence program governance, including standardized work instructions and best practices, Gemba walks, visual management of operational KPIs and recurring action-oriented meetings to ensure progress, timely debottleneck and risks addressing, in line with Operational Excellence roadmap.
  • Own the local KPI system to track progress and report to the plant manager and the Operational Excellence central team about continuous improvement initiatives and related customer-oriented impact, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strong partnership with cross-function stakeholders, promoting the collaboration across multiple workstreams and projects, feeding the Operational Excellence central team strategic roadmap.
  • Define and track the connection between operative KPIs and P&L of the plant of reference, to guarantee the focus on customer needs and optimized productivity.

  • You are comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and data analysis tools.
