Job summary

AGCO S.p.A. in Italy (Breganze) is seeking an experienced Lean Specialist to identify, plan and execute continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency, quality, productivity and safety across processes.

The role requires Lean knowledge, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, with training responsibilities and interface with global partners. The candidate will work onsite at the Breganze site, with a salary range reflecting experience and EU regulations, and

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Strong skills in Shop Floor experience, Lean knowledge, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communicating business cases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the continuous improvement plan, verify safety, budget, and monitor costs.
• Define techniques and tools for APS implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Budgeting, data sheets, and technical reviews with suppliers for cross-area interfaces.
• Update global dashboards and data systems; liaise with external consultants.
• Share best practices with AGCO Global partners and provide training.
