Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes. You will work as a key interface among engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to drive continuous improvements, process optimization, and product industrialization.

The role requires reading technical drawings, knowledge of Lean tools, and collaboration across departments. Salary range 28,000€–34,000€ gross/year, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits

Competenze

• Secondary technical education or higher in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing/industrial engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation; basic Lean tools knowledge.

Mansioni

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes in line with drawings and standards.
• Analyze production flows and propose improvements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Industrialize new products and manage engineering changes (NPDI/ECO/ECN).
• Define and update work instructions, process flows, layouts, and routings.
• Assist production during daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
