Copeland Controls Srl in Belluno, Italy, is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to support the Copeland Business System (CBS) and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Regular on-site presence at the Belluno site is required.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 1–2 years in lean/CI, strong analytical skills, and Italian native with intermediate English. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to enhance productivity and

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles and problem-solving.
Experience with cross-functional teams and data interpretation.
Native Italian and intermediate English.

Mansioni

Support CBS implementation and monitor continuous improvement actions and KPIs.
Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean workshops using 5S, VSM, Standard Work, SMED.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to drive improvements.
Identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Contribute to standard work procedures and Lean adoption across teams.
