AGCO S.p.A. is seeking an experienced APS Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Breganze site, Italy. The role focuses on waste reduction, efficiency, quality and safety through Kaizen, 5S, SMED and other lean tools. This is an onsite, permanent position.

You will plan improvements with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, maintain dashboards, and coach colleagues while engaging with global partners. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Competenze

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement activities.
• Strong shop floor experience and Lean knowledge.
• Experience with lean implementation and trainings on the job.
• Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement continuous improvement activities and budgets.
• Define tactics for APS implementation with cross-functional teams.
