Job summary

ABB is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to support the Italian IT Regional Distribution Center. You will mentor teams, lead projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

The role requires English and Italian fluency and a strong CI background. The position offers flexible working hours with onsite requirements and a compensation package aligned with Metalmeccanico CBA.

Qualifications

• Solid experience applying CI methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and 5 Why/Ishikawa in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence roles.
• You are highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• You hold a Master's Degree in Management Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for the Italian IT Regional Distribution Center and promote a learning culture.
• Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.
• Lead projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
• Provide training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits in collaboration with local management.
