Job summary

De'Longhi Group is seeking a motivated candidate to contribute ideas and know‑how to Lean projects including 5S, Kaizen and layout optimizations across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering.

You will promote Lean philosophy, vision and expectations while developing and sustaining employee training on lean concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
• Passion for Lean Production, Operations and Innovations.
• Well organized and team player.
• Able to turn problems in solutions.
• Good/Basic knowledge of the main cyber security and information protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute Lean projects: 5S, Kaizen and layout optimizations across groups.
• Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.
• Develop and sustain training on lean concepts.
