Job summary

De'Longhi Group in Italy is seeking a candidate who can contribute ideas and know-how to Lean projects such as 5S, Kaizen, and layout optimizations, promoting across the Quality, Operations and Process Engineering groups.

You will communicate the Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations and help develop training on lean concepts for employees to sustain continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
• Passion for Lean Production, Operations and Innovations.
• Well organized and team player.
• Able to turn problems in solutions.
• Good/Basic knowledge of the main cyber security and information protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute Lean projects: 5S, Kaizen, layout optimizations.
