Delonghi is seeking a Lean specialist to contribute to continuous improvement across Quality, Operations, and Process Engineering. You will promote Lean philosophy, translate problems into practical improvements, and help scale Lean practices by developing and sustaining employee training.

In this role you contribute to Lean projects across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering. You promote Lean philosophy, vision and expectations while building and sustaining training on Lean concepts. You will translate problems into practical improvements and help scale Lean practices across groups.
