MillerKnoll is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager in Italy to lead daily warehouse operations with a hands-on, floor-level approach. You will coordinate loading/unloading, manage internal handling, and optimize spaces while ensuring safety and efficiency on the production floor.

The role requires prior experience in manufacturing environments, English proficiency, forklift operation, and practical leadership.

Competenze

Previous experience in warehouse/logistics roles in metalworking/manufacturing.
English language proficiency required.
Strong knowledge of warehouse dynamics and operational logistics.
Ability to operate forklifts and handling equipment.
Grounded leadership and initiative.
Basic IT/management software skills.

Mansioni

Coordinate and participate in goods loading and unloading operations.
Manage internal handling of materials and finished products.
Organize and optimize warehouse spaces, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety.
Collaborate with production departments and the shipping office to ensure proper flow management.
Monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory activities.
Use management systems for recording and controlling movements.
Coordinate warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
