KeyPartners, a multinational logistics leader, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Alessandria. You will report to the Site Manager and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient flows, accurate stock handling, and alignment with customer requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on continuous improvement to elevate operational standards and safety. This position is based on-site in Alessandria.

Competenze

• At least 5 years in a similar supply chain role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Mansioni

• Support the site manager in revenue and cost reduction.
• Ensure effective people management (blue and white collar).
• Maintain operational standards.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor monthly span of control and build strategy.
• Coordinate warehouse activities: daily planning, flows, stock, IN/OUT/returns.
