KeyPartners, a multinational logistics leader, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Alessandria. You will report to the Site Manager and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient flows, accurate stock handling, and alignment with customer requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on continuous improvement to elevate operational standards and safety. This position is based on-site in Alessandria.

• At least 5 years in a similar supply chain role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Support the site manager in revenue and cost reduction.

We are looking for a: Warehouse Operations Manager In Alessandria.

In this Warehouse Operations Manager role you will, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:

• Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
• Assuring highest care about People management (Blue and White Collar Workers);
• Managing operational standards;
• Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
• Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.

What we need from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain Industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership attitude and managing people
