Eutelsat is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the Iris2 project negotiations and contract drafting. You will act as trusted adviser to the Iris2 project team, shaping strategic legal outcomes and managing high-value agreements across procurement, engineering, and licensing.

The role requires autonomous leadership, multi-jurisdictional collaboration, and deep knowledge of EU space law. Based in Paris or Turin, the position offers a challenging environment within a global satellite operator

Competenze

Qualified lawyer with multi-jurisdictional exposure.
Proven track record leading negotiations on complex contracts.
Experience in space/defence or regulated tech sectors is preferred.

Mansioni

Act as legal lead for the Iris2 project, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Lead drafting, review and negotiation of complex contracts (launch services, satellite manufacturing, licensing).
Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with the wider Legal team and support Legal Directors on Iris2 matters.
Oversight of junior lawyers and matter allocation within Iris2.
