Job summary

Eutelsat in Turin is seeking an experienced Contract and Procurement Manager for the IRIS² SpaceRise programme. You will oversee end-to-end procurement contracts with satellite primes, launch services, and ground/service providers to meet milestones and comply with space industry standards.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will coordinate with engineering, finance, legal and QA teams, manage a procurement team, and drive cost control while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in space program contracting.
• Experience with satellite programmes, launch services or defense projects.
• Proficiency with Contract Management digital tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of procurement contracts with satellite primes and launch services.
• Monitor critical path deliverables with PMO support.
• Ensure compliance with space industry and security standards.
• Manage relationships with prime, ground, service/operations and launch providers.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, finance, legal to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks such as supply chain disruptions.
• Track spend, validate invoices, ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and claims.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and performance metrics.
• Generate executive reports on contract status and risks.
