Eutelsat is seeking a qualified lawyer to support the Iris2 project within its Legal Team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and monitoring a range of contracts across procurement, engineering, and licensing, under senior guidance.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years PQE and experience with commercial contracts in space or related sectors. Paris or Turin-based role with potential for growth and exposure to a high-profile programme.

Mansioni

• Support Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Directors as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day queries from the Iris2 project team.
• Assist with drafting and review of contracts in Procurement and Engineering spaces (launch vehicle, satellite manufacturing, ground infra, supplier frameworks, tech licensing).
• Prepare first drafts, redlines, and summaries of terms; track issues to resolution.
• Provide clear legal input for senior colleagues and flag risks rather than resolving independently.
• Collaborate with the wider Eutelsat Legal team and build relationships across the project team.
