Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking an accomplished Senior Programme Test & IVV Manager to lead end‑to‑end assurance for the IRIS2 programme. You will define and drive the integration, verification, validation and progressive acceptance strategy across a complex multi‑vendor satellite ecosystem.

You will work with programme leadership, suppliers, system integrators, ESA and regulators to ensure objective testing and incremental readiness, establishing governance, labs and evidence to support acceptance

Qualifications

• Significant programme‑level leadership in IVV and integration on complex systems.
• Experience with multi‑vendor delivery and supplier assessment.
• Proven ability to present to executive decision‑makers.
• Experience in establishing integration laboratories and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Own programme‑level IVV and acceptance strategy.
• Establish IVV operating model and governance.
• Define progressive acceptance pathway across components.
• Create capability‑based integration increments with simulators.
• Set entry/exit criteria with traceability.
• Lead multidisciplinary IVV organisation and ensure independence.
