Siemens Energy is seeking a Pre-Assembly Department Leader for our Trento manufacturing site to coordinate all pre-assembly operations and ensure alignment with production plans, safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will develop shopfloor teams and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to create a seamless production environment that meets customer commitments and factory

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–7 years in industrial manufacturing, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading blue-collar teams in a structured manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all pre-assembly operations in line with production plans and factory priorities.
• Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams to foster accountability and high performance.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and allocate resources for on-time delivery.
