Job summary

ContourGlobal is seeking a Commercial Structuring & Contract Management Support Manager to oversee and lead structuring and negotiation of hedging instruments, PPAs and Tolling Agreements for generation and storage assets. You will guide local teams, coordinate RFPs, and ensure risk allocation aligns with corporate policies.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills, with experience in energy markets and contract software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract structuring and negotiation, especially hedging instruments, PPAs and Tolling Agreements.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, corporate renewable energy procurement, and risk management.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and negotiation of hedging instruments, PPAs and TAs.
• Manage and optimize negotiation processes across regions with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee PPA/TA RFP processes from receipt to response and evaluation.
• Develop risk-based negotiation strategies and governance.
• Provide guidance to local teams and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and ContourGlobal policies.
