Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Associate/Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design on Europe’s cutting-edge Datacentre projects. You will manage engineers across disciplines, coordinate with electrical teams, and maintain high levels of client service while delivering compliant, sustainable cooling, ventilation, and ancillary systems.

You will develop a strong understanding of CFD and building physics, guiding junior staff and ensuring timely project delivery within Ramboll’s Data

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with proven track record in discipline.
• Experience with mission critical/datacentre systems.
• IEng or CEng status pursued or achieved.
• Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complexity.
• Interest in digital/parametric design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design delivery on Datacentre projects.
• Coordinate with electrical counterpart and lead client-facing activities.
• Guide engineers and perform key calculations and checks.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
