Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Associate/Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of mechanical designs for Europe’s data centre projects. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with the electrical counterpart and ensure outstanding client service throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop primary mechanical systems for cooling, ventilation, automation and supporting infrastructure, applying building physics, CFD and sustainable design principles to meet demanding

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with a proven track record in mechanical design.
• Experience with mission critical systems in datacentre or similar environments.
• Accredited engineering degree; pursuit of IEng/CEng is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ramboll on datacentre projects and manage engineers of a complementary discipline.
• Drive project delivery with initiative and minimal supervision on technical aspects.
• Use CAD/Bluebeam/BIM to develop solutions and produce detailed designs.
• Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines and strengthen client relationships.
