JD Logistics is expanding its direct last-mile delivery network in Europe and seeks a hands-on Station Supervisor in Milan to direct shift operations, ensure flawless sortation, and coordinate DSPs and couriers for on-time delivery.

The role requires leadership of shift teams, experience in last-mile logistics, and strong English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus. Early-morning to rotational shifts and strong safety discipline are expected.

Competenze

• Proven experience supervising delivery station operations.
• Experience with dispatch management and route staging.
• Proficiency in using routing software and handheld barcode scanners.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily station operations including sortation and driver dispatch.
• Coordinate DSPs and independent couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead shift teams and enforce safety and compliance on the floor.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and route efficiency.
