Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Naples, FL seeks an experienced culinary supervisor to oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation in line with recipes, portions, and quality standards. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure safety and sanitation, train team, and manage mise en place, equipment, and cost control while maintaining guest-focused service in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires at least two years culinary experience, supervisory capability, and strong English

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience; advanced culinary knowledge expected.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participates in preparation of food items according to guest orders and standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen employees to meet core standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and manage mise en place for meals.
• Ensure proper food safety, temperatures, and stock levels; report shortages as needed.
• Comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct.
