Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is seeking an experienced professional in ship structure, marine systems and onboard safety to support NB project development and plan approvals across multiple vessels. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and help develop technical specifications from concept to delivery.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years in a similar shipbuilding/technical project development role.
- Proficiency in ship structure, marine systems and onboard safety.
Mansioni
- Review drawings, plans and technical specs during plan approval process.
- Coordinate with builders and makers for technical specification review.
- Track open items from plan approvals with shipyard representatives.
- Participate in shipyard meetings to resolve issues and align requirements.
- Provide updates on progress, risks and status to leadership.
- Collaborate with Vessel Operations during development and approval phases.
- Visit shipyards to verify alignment with production.
