Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional in ship structure, marine systems, and onboard safety to support NB project development and oversee plan approval across vessels and brands.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, meet deadlines, and align technical and contractual requirements for vessel delivery. The role involves coordinating design engineering, tracking status, and communicating risks, with periodic visits to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years experience in shipbuilding technical projects or related role.
• Proficient in English (B1 or higher).

Mansioni

• Review drawings, plans, and technical specs during plan approval with builders.
• Assist with project development and technical specification reviews.
• Track open items from plan approvals with shipyard reps.
• Participate in shipyard meetings to resolve issues.
• Provide status updates on plan approval, risks, and item backlog to leadership.
• Collaborate with Vessel Operations during development and approval phases.
• Visit shipyards to verify alignment between requirements and production.
• Support testing activities, including FAT and sea trials as requested.
• Attend meetings with equipment makers and vendors as needed.
