Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a seasoned professional to support machinery and piping projects for new builds.

You will gather inputs for development, monitor progress with leadership, and coordinate with shipyards in Milan and Miami to ensure all contractual and technical specifications are met. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Naval Machinery or related field, have 5+ years in similar roles, be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, and be prepared to travel internationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Machinery / Engine Room or related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role or technical projects development.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Mansioni

• Support the Senior Director and Director, Machinery & Piping in revising drawings, plans, and technical specifications during the plan approval process.
• Assist with project development, including technical specification review and preparation, in coordination with builders and makers.
• Track and follow up on open items from the plan approval process with shipyard representatives.
• Participate in meetings with shipyard technical offices to discuss and resolve outstanding issues.
• Provide regular updates on plan approval progress, open item status, and key risks or issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with Vessel Operations teams both at the shipyard and in Miami throughout project development and approval phases.
• Conduct periodic site visits to shipyards to verify compliance between project requirements and production.
• Support testing activities, including Test Memo processes, sea trials, and FAT as requested.
