Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking an experienced professional in ship structure, marine systems and onboard safety to support NB project development across multiple vessels and brands.

Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and align technical and contractual requirements. Manages design engineering and site plan approval teams, tracks project status, and communicates risks and updates to stakeholders

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• 5 years in shipbuilding or hull/marine systems project development.
• Proficient in English (B1 or higher).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience reviewing drawings and technical specifications.

Mansioni

• Review drawings, plans and specs during plan approval with builders.
• Support project development including technical specification review.
• Track open items with shipyards and coordinate with leadership.
• Participate in shipyard meetings to resolve issues.
• Provide updates on plan approval progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Vessel Operations during development and approval phases.
• Visit shipyards to verify alignment with requirements.
• Participate in testing activities, sea trials and FAT as requested.
• Attend meetings with equipment makers and vendors as needed.
• Support the vessel delivery phase to ensure project completion.
