ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs in Lombardy, Italy. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments, and mentor engineers across teams.

The role requires MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and at least 15+ years of analog IC design experience, with deep knowledge of broadband optical components, PLLs, CDRs, and high-speed front-end requirements.

Competenze

• Proven expertise in high-frequency analog IC design for optical communications.
• Knowledge of broadband optical IC front-end requirements and HF layout is a plus.
• Experience with PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs in high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, noise and jitter in nanoscale CMOS.
• Experience with FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes is required.
