Four Seasons Naples Beach Club seeks an Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in daily operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety. The role requires coordinating maintenance requests, training staff, and ensuring timely work orders are completed with high standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in kitchen equipment and laundry maintenance, trades in mechanics or refrigeration, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Technical knowledge of building maintenance and plant operation, HVAC equipment and pumps, plumbing, and electrical.
• Trade school in mechanics or refrigeration strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and use work orders.

Mansioni

• Assist the Engineering Manager in daily operation of the engineering department.
• Lead and motivate maintenance staff; plan activities and spot-check work.
• Ensure proper execution of work orders, scheduling, and purchasing liaison.
• Maintain logs of stock items and tools; support energy conservation efforts.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency responses are understood and practiced.
