Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a host/hostess to greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations, and respond to inquiries professionally to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will be part of the opening team, seat guests according to party size, and assist with calls and information requests.

The role requires a high school education and English proficiency, with 6–12 months of restaurant experience preferred.

Competenze

• Must have good command of reading, writing, and spoken English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of restaurant/F&B experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Be part of the opening team.
• Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the party size.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and information requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and recognize regular guests by name.
• Inspect and maintain daily menus and know menu items/daily specials.
• Follow Four Seasons standards of conduct and work harmoniously with staff.
