Zelestra in Rome, Italy, seeks a Lead Civil Specialist to develop, define and coordinate civil engineering for renewable plants under development and construction.

You will design civil works, supervise geotechnical studies, prepare tender specifications and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure quality and QHSE compliance.

Required: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in renewables, Italian native, fluent English (C1), and a proactive, independent, dynamic mindset.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering.
• Native Italian speaker with fluent English (C1).
• Proactive, independent, curious and dynamic mindset.

Mansioni

• Design civil works, earthworks and structures for renewables projects (PV, BESS, cables and substations).
• Contracting and monitoring geotechnical/hydrological studies and driving tests.
• Analyze geotechnical, hydrological and topographical data.
• Pre-design civil elements during tender phase.
• Prepare tender specs and supervise civil works in execution.
• Coordinate with other engineering areas and project managers.
• Attend meetings with clients and suppliers on engineering matters.
• Support QHSE objectives and regulatory compliance.
