UKA Group, a leading renewables developer, is seeking a Senior Environmental Specialist to support our Italy operations from Rome. You will perform environmental analyses for wind and solar projects, prepare EIA reports, and coordinate with technical teams throughout development.

The role requires an MSc in an environmental discipline, 5+ years of EIA experience for onshore wind or PV, and fluency in Italian and English (C1). Hybrid work options are available, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• MSc or equivalent in an environmental discipline.
• At least five years in environmental impact approval for wind PV projects.
• Experience in acoustics impact assessment is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, QGIS, ArcGIS.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1).
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Perform environmental analyses for wind and solar PV projects incl. agrivoltaics.
• Prepare and review EIA reports, feasibility studies, landscape and acoustic studies.
• Conduct environmental due diligences for project acquisitions.
• Coordinate with development, electrical and civil teams and sub-contractors.
• Carry out site visits to identify environmental issues and mitigation needs.
• Support permitting procedures and monitor regulatory developments.
