Zelestra in Rome, Italy seeks an Execution Project and Proposal Engineer to support renewable energy projects from development through execution and handover to operations. You will assess feasibility, define technical solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction.

The role emphasizes EPC execution, risk management, budget control, and compliance with HSE standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related Engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering companies performing similar functions in renewables.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind, BESS).
• Understanding of EPC execution models, BoP scope, and grid connection processes.

Mansioni

• Lead proposal engineering and development support with technical/economic feasibility and risk assessment.
• Manage projects from NTP to COD, coordinating EPCs, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate and manage EPC, BoP, and major equipment contracts; monitor milestones and liquidated damages.
• Ensure HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
• Provide clear reporting to management and stakeholders.
