UKA Group, a leading energy park developer, seeks a Senior Project Developer in Rome to support Italy operations. The role covers obtaining administrative authorizations, coordinating with internal teams, and evaluating project profitability for investment decisions.

The ideal candidate has an MSc in Engineering with 8–10 years in renewable energy project development, plus fluency in Italian and English, willingness to travel, and strong MS Office and QGIS skills.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience in renewable energy project development and management.
• Proven track record in Sole Authorization processes per regional/national regulations.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation for grid access and connection requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Obtain administrative authorizations for RES projects and related infrastructure.
• Provide inputs to Financial Modeling Team and evaluate project profitability for investment decisions.
• Coordinate contractors and internal stakeholders for environmental, technical, and financial studies.
• Carry out due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions with subject matter experts.
• Manage project economics and development timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Track project progress and identify risks with mitigation measures.
• Prepare technical/commercial terms for land lease, DDS, and acquisition contracts.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support surveys and monitoring.
• Engage with stakeholders, conduct public consultations, and meet authorities during permitting.
• Monitor regulatory frameworks and assess potential impacts on development.
• Manage and acquire secondary permits until ready to build.
